I feel 17, but I'm already 22.

I feel very young but I don't think this is inherently good because it's can mess up with your sense of seeking accomplishment.

Why?

Idk. I always felt older than I really am. I am more calm, reasonable than my peers.
And there is also some feeling that I have already lived my life (although in fact I sit at home all the time), no matter how ironic it may sound. Some kind of fatigue from everything and a strong feeling that nothing will surprise you anymore
