Do you get anxious in large crowds of people walking in front of you?

Not 3 or 4 but like 5-10 minutes walking in front of hundreds constantly. Sometimes yeah, sometimes no. Sometimes i can control myself into thinking that i can KO every single one of them with a slap but in other instances it's difficult to get into that mood and overthinking wins over you. It's a constant battle, 5 minutes you might be on the right mood and 5 minutes later you might not be. For example when im exhausted and just got out of training i realize that i dont give a damn about it, because the brain is occuppied with pain.

When that fails i recite qur'an while walking so that my brain concentrates on that and it works but at the same time some people are thinking "Why is he moving his lips?"

Does ADHD meds actually fix this? Is there any other thing that helps you?

I also realized that dressing bad clothes or just normal cheap ones helps because people don't notice you that much so they dont stare at you.

However if you dress too good its way worse and they start judging you.

PSG black slippers with some dust are the best for that. Simple, elegant, cheap and erase signs of perceived homosexuality from outsiders
