Just curious, I don’t have a day for them I just do 2 sets of legs after every other workout.

i dont work out i just do walks
 
Working out your legs will stop you from balding, and is much more androgenic than upper body

I do legs 3x a week but only 2 sets per, I fucking hate training legs

like markus rühl said, if you can train legs more than once a week, u didnt train legs properly

Yeah he’s right. I just don’t gaf to do an entire leg day, fries my CNS. Maybe I’ll start soon idk

Ofc, my strongest parts are my legs + back easily. Having wide hips means you need big legs + booty. No way around to ascend.
