to me it seems half the forum says its legit and the other half says its retarded and it doesnt do shit. Personally i think the concept of it makes sense but theres literally close to no good evidence of it actually working. would be nice if someone had a 1 year bonesmashing progress vid or something like that

Yes. It's legit. 99.9% of people do it wrong, though.

How do you do it ?
Not letting it heal between sessions. The premise of bonesmashing is to apply enough stress on your bones to cause micro-factures. Your body will sense those, then start calcifying the bone to be more stronger and bigger. Bonesmashing every three days is ideal, but it depends on how intense the session is. Some factures take longer to heal

Insufficient diet/supplementation. Calcium is required for bone remodeling. Vitamin D = helps bones absorb the calcium. Vitamin K2 = functions as a calcium deposition. It makes sure that the calcium goes to your bones, and not in your blood which can cause health problems. There are other nutrients/elements that can aid you: like saturated fat boosts IGF-1. Sleep boosts HGH and recovery.

Not upping frequency. Every time your bone heals from the micro-factures, the harder it is to induce the same micro-factures. Think of it as a muscle: if you do 100 bicep curls with 80lbs to induce muscle hypertrophy, your body will adjust to it and you'll either need to add more weight or frequency to break the same muscle as before. So, in short just do more taps

Muay-Thai fighters smash the fuck out of their shins, and bonesmashing has actually been researched for awhile now because of them. Some MMA fighters/boxers do the same thing for their hands

Talked to some drunk guy at the train station last night who claimed to have been hit by a steel bar under the eye.

Showed my under his eye where he had a deep scar, and he said that the bone got damaged and thus overgrew.

So probably legit

What are facial bones which are best suited for bonesmashing and which should be avoided?

From an aesthetic point of view, it’s hard to be precise with bonesmashing and how much the bone grows. I’d say with bones that require more size rather than shape, for example chin if urs is small because larger chin is universally attractive on guys. Zygos shape matters more than size and assymetries will be more noticeable so be more careful with that

look at this.

And you can know salludon and astrosky bonesmashed
