Bone determines where the medial canthus lies and orbital cavity width determines its length, not the soft tissue. All you're going to do is sever your lacrimal canals leading to tear build up on your eyes which will leave you prone to infection which in turn will most likely lead to you going blind. I know it's gay but a subtle waterline pencil does a good job at mimicking a down turned one and frauding a bit of length, just don't go overboard with it or you'll get caught.

Also, not to mention that even if you want to do it surgically, no oculoplastic surgeons perform medial canthoplasty soley for asthetics anyways so good luck finding someone to augment it for you.
