Do you guys think Minoxidil will fix me in 3 months?

I’ve tried minoxidil about a year ago and saw results so I hopped off, But now the Norwood reaper has made me pay me dues. I have a decision to either go on a trip to europe, 3.5k or trip to turkey, ~3.5k. Do you think it’s too late to hop back and I should a hair transplant or is my shit fixable with minox?
