That I really don't see the point of. You interact with them for like 1 second and they drive away after so it's not like they can shame you into leaving a tip. Plus they normally don't even speak English and are illegal immigrants

I am in Europe (UK) and the tip is normally added on to the bill (12.5-15%) unless you request it to be taken off. I count that as the tip, but in some ways it's even worse because you need to ask them to remove it which requires some level of shamelessness.

Balkans doesn't tip because it's full of gypsies who wouldn't tip anyway

I never go to restaurants, on my USA holiday I did tip 20% in restaurants. Tip culture is crazy there, server said they needed at least 20% tip, otherwise they couldn't split the tip equally (biggest BS story ever), but he was really nice, so gave him the 20%.
