Being in the environment I'm in. I distract myself from it with escapism (sometimes with productive things, but still), making my situation worse, continuing the cycle.
Lifelong struggle for me.

I'm pretty tolerant to it, been taking it more or less every day for a couple years now (think about 5 years or so). I quit it for like half a year once, and sometimes don't take it for a couple days, but generally I take it once a day.

I enjoy it for having decently strong physical effects (both stimulating and sedating) but barely any cognitive effects (you can still think clearly and function normally, unlike alcohol and weed etc).

Also it helped me lose weight because at my tolerance level it's basically useless to take it unless you take it on an empty stomach, so I only eat once a day (after taking my daily dose of kratom).
