Got it, also had 4 fully grown wisdom teeth but they were removed because of unbearable pain... It was before I met the Blackpill but I hadn't had any bone loss to this day, almost 10 years after the removal.

Dead hangs on a bar will develop your Pronator Quadratus muscles + there are other exercises you can do to thicken them: I had 8.7 inch wrists when I gymcelled.

I have it and pretty dominant

About the same size as now: 7.4 inches... But the last time I trained for serious was 8 years ago and I lost a lot of muscle mass since I stopped (47 lb).

I happens and I wasn't really THAT heavy, only 235 lb: 30lb away from the UFC HW limit for example lol

Saw a thread on this forum stating that Brock Lesnar's wrists are 7.5 inches!!!

What was your bodyfat? Maybe it's just cause your Bf was high that it was so high.
