also you'll only ever be approached by young (<20), or older women (25>), and nothing in between because they're too insecure.

and most of the older ones will be 30+ as well.

Even when girls approach guys, they do it very indirectly, they're very afraid of rejection or getting embarrassed, in most of the cases it's them who are approached first by men, so they don't really know how to approach, lead a conversation, start to flirt, etc., they would usually go to a guy, ask some dumb question or something, and then pretty much expect for the guy to do the rest of the job...
I've seen this with my own eyes - some girls I used to hang out with, they would sometimes see a guy in a bar or nightclub, go to him, ask him for a light or what the time was, and sometimes they would strike a conversation and things could advance further, or sometimes they would return disappointed because the guy would give them the light or tell them the time, but then didn't say anything else, and they had no idea what to do in this case.
