Do you jut or keep your teeth together?

I used to jut but now I keep my teeth together all the time even though I have a subhuman deep bite. I figured long term gains would be better than short term ones that would do me more harm over time. I literally go up 2 full psl points jutting so its ogre keeping my teeth together.

I did this for half a year back in 2018, when I first became redpilled and made painfully aware of my overjet.

It was a horrible time. I felt so miserable to fraud my image to the public and to wait 2 years to afford any sort of surgery.


I stopped in October 2018. 5 mm overjet was gone 4 months later.
