Do you know if swimming in your late 20' can widen your clavicles?

swimming High Intensity Interval Training increases hgh more than any other exercise because you are literally using every muscle at once at max effort.

Source: I swam 3 hours a day during puberty and I brutally height mog everyone in my family and I have 4.5 inch palms and 9.1 inch hands
