Do you look worse when your sick

Runny nose and felt like shit today and when I look at myself in the camera I unironically look disgusting. I’m not chad or anything but I look extra bad if that makes sense

Yes if it's the flu or something. Eyes become puffy and dark shadows become more prominent. My nose also looks bigger. Infact, thats how I look every morning I wake up before washing my face and taking a shower.

it's normal, the inflammation makes your face puffy, but it shoudn't be too extreme, chad doesn't get face swelling when sick
