Do you need a positive canthal tilt for hunter eyes?

Title, i have no UEE and a neutral canthal tilt, i was wondering if it’d be considered “hunter eyes” or would my eyes need to be positively titled.

they have to be some degrees over the neutral one to be considered hunter eyes, if the other eye area features apply.

Sligh positive but also neutral is a mogger tilt

I think it should at least be slightly positive. Hexum has more of a neutral tilt and still gets flamed for it.

just show your eyes and people will tell you if you have hunter eyes

never seen neutral tilted hunter eyes is it even possibile ?
