title

if you are on hgh , insulin is needed for hgh to make igf1 right?

So is it necessary to eat a lot of carbs on hgh for more insulin in the body

and how much would this fuck up blood sugar and risk of diabetis

im on 6 IU

What’s the synopsis on this? Should I eat a lot of carbs while taking HGH or should I not take HGH?

If you are on HGH you 100% need some insulin in your body for igf1 without igf1 there is not bone growth

So how should I go about preventing the possibility of getting diabetes or increased blood sugar?

Yes eat carbs. 200-500g daily ideally. The reason is because igf-1s effect is directly linked to insulin. Insulin gets realeased when eating carbs, insulin increases the expression of IGF-1 receptors on cells and reduces the level of IGF-1 binding proteins (IGFBPs) that can otherwise block IGF-1 s effect. Insulin essentially unlocks the power of your igf-1. but- you have to do it the right way, no matter if ur injecting hgh och if your producing it naturally you will need to have low insulin when that happens. otherwise the hgh production will be countered by the high insulin. therefore I for example carbmaxx between 08:00-18:00. It truely has significant effects if done right. One problem may be insulin resistance, especially if the hgh dosage is high, therfore you might need metformin or berberine. 6iu is a pretty high dose

I’d be scared to touch bread if I was on hgh, most people fuck up their insulin sensitivity without hgh, hgh makes it way more dangerous

And yes you do need carbs to get your igf1 higher, GH alone signals your liver to make more IGF1, but insulin makes IGF1 production even stronger, it’s like this: you eat carbs β€”> your body releases more insulin than it should because you’re on HGH and it inhibits glucose uptake and your blood sugar rises, so your pancreas compensates by increasing insulin output. And then insulin increases gh receptors in the liver making you produce more igf1, there are more reasons but that’s the short version
