Do you need to do something to your mandible after getting mse?

how do you make your mandible match your maxila after mse/ facemask. wont you have an overbite.

You're typically not too worried about overbite since you're unlikely to get more than a few mm of forward expansion even with facemask and the mandible can swing forward and the condyles can remodel to some extent. You will need to do something to match up the mandible in the transverse dimension since you'll have a relatively wide transverse expansion in the maxilla if the suture successfully splits. Sometimes this can be accomplished by just be tilting the teeth together, but in some cases requires bone grafting or surgical expansion of the mandible.

in my opinion, the best option after MSE and FM would be IMDO
if you can get it done that is
