I don’t really have a bad issue deformity just want to improve the aesthetic from average to above average

No, but insurance naturally won't cover it, and some surgeons won't operate on patients without deformities. Fortunately, there are also many who will gladly do so. Be sure you understand why you need the bimax and what type of movements are needed for your specific case.
