for example, if I feel pain I think its my brain sending signals that something is wrong and I decide if I need to take care of it by analyzing whats wrong

but some things I cant explain why I feel it maybe because I lack the awareness idk

Ill give yo an example I just came across this video of ps1 intro and the sound of it gives me an emotion I cant process why I feel it
