what kind of oral? most oral vit c/ascorbic acid is trash imoyes , you should store it in the fridge , however topical vit c is cope oral mogs and 100 times cheaper
My sister does it and according to Google is good
i use 2x tablets 1 g daily , as a rule of thumb anything topical it's usually a worse version of oral simply because the absorption through skin it's much harder , especially when molecular weight is highwhat kind of oral? most oral vit c/ascorbic acid is trash imo
