I take multivitamins and go out in the sun for at least an hour for vitamin d. I’m going to start using vitamin a on my skin soon.

Just an adult multivitamin or two if I feel like i'm not gonna get the proper amount of nutrients in a day, I occassionally megadose on vitamin c, not because of corona or anything tho, but for general health reasons.

2,000 mg of vitamin c gave me very slightly better skin, better mood, and more energy
12 mg of astaxanthin for five weeks has helped with protecting skin under the sun. skin benefits are trivial and no red coloring so far. seems like cope
60,000 IU of beta carotene is legit. skin is orange and not the usual dark brown i get from being in the sun too often. i also eat a buttered carrot because fat helps with absorption of BC

Zinc, magnesium, omega 3, ashwagandha, vitamin c, vitamin d, vitamin k2, passion flower extract, ginger, potassium, beta carotene, boron and niacinamide jfl

ostarine, no more shin splints or joint pain from working out and running

depends on what your goals are. If it's to increase testosterone then you're wasting your money for a slight increase which won't do much overall for your physiognomy.
