I have my own opinion but would like to hear what do you guys think. The only theorist of environmental beauty i know are the mews. If you think environmental plays the big role how do you explain the three twins studiy? If you think its genetic how do you explain why some people look so much worse than others after so many evolution years?

genes are a response to environment.

nurture affects bone structure, our hunter gatherer ancestors had far better teeth because they chewed all day.

How do you explain people nowadays with good facial structure?

Ah, the classic debate about nature vs nurture...
Both are important. Both matter. Nature is determined by nurture, and over time is shaped by it.

nurture, most models are from rural areas that grew up eating whole foods, people who have been living in cities for generations are usually recessed.

Nature for the short-term. It caps your looks at a hard limit, and nurture (with the rare exception of hard maxxing) can only hurt you, or help you reach your potential, but you're not going past that.

No nurture for your ratios

hunter gatherers were more goodlooking because humans back then apart from the ¨good habits¨ had brutal natural and sexual selection

subhumans died without reproducing

also good diets and such affect your descendants too, pottenger´s cats are proof

Jensen ackles brother

It's mostly genetics. To be precise, how lucky you get in the genetic recombination lottery. Jensen Ackles has the exact same father and mother but he turned out to be a male model actor.

His brother just looks odd. Not ugly but not handsome either. He also started balding at an early age whereas Jensen never did.

Toni mahfud brother

Mahfud brothers are an even more brutal comparison. Same mother same father
One is a professional male model. The other is several inches shorter and... Well, plain.

His hairline and beard growth is also horrible compared to his brother.

Its insane how its not solver by science yet. They dont even try to understand environmental changes.
