I’m at 20 rn no pump pretty much untrained in terms of the muscle mass on my shoulder there pretty much isn’t any. I’m doing Tren and dbol rn but it’s pretty safe to assume the only bone growth I have left possible would be my skull if I’m lucky

if ur doing tren already and only got 20 ur most likely not gonna get 24 unless you get some Mr.Olympia pair of shoulders.
