Do you think I can get rid of my mild acne with this plan?

Only use benzoyl peroxide at night, and use sunscreen/moisturizer in the morning for skincare, wash with water only.

Eat a healthy diet consisting of just meat, vegetables, fruit, eggs, and some other things occasionally.

Drink over 4L of water a day

Drink only one cup of coffee a day instead of the 3-4 I drink now

Stop having dairy

FYI my acne isn’t that bad, so I don’t want to use accutane because of the side effects and purging

How does this look? Anything to add?

You can drink 3L of water that should be enough
