Leanmaxxing will make your ramus looks smaller because all the fat below it will escape. You need surgery for that.

Cope, everything matters. Just because a girl won't necessarily/explicitly compliment for you on it, doesn't mean you shouldn't improve your jaw. It affects the way how you're percieved. But this is up to you, if you have the money.
