There will always be incels, the only difference is the level of attractiveness they have.

Hypergamy will always exist, so if only chads and gigachads existed, chads would be incels while gigachads keep ALL the girls on their harem.

Women, regardless of time and/or society, will ALWAYS chase for above average guys, chads are the above average ones right now, but If only chads and gigachads existed with gigachads being the above average ones, "regular" chads would be incels.

Just like if every guy was 6'3+, women would only go for the 7'0 + guys because they would be the above average ones and hypergamy knows NO limits.
