Instead of wasting money on that I thought of blackpilling and convincing them if they care about my future they'll send me to a surgeon

Not unless you point out a specific problem or feature of yours and convince them you really suffer from that and others discriminate you because of it. Maybe then they'll want to help you get your life together and pay for one procedure. Just decide what bothers you the most and think of how you can explain it to them.
