Do you think lower BF% is always better?

Does lower bf % always makes face look better? i feel like some people look terrible at really low bf% since it makes them look uncanny and drained. What do you feel like is the best height/weight ratio (with muscles)

99% of the time yes, but obviously you can start to look uncanny eventually. Golden rule is to be as lean as possible but not a twink
