Medium sides might look aesthetic but for you it would lower your appeal as it would make you look aspie. You aren’t NT/care-free enough to pull of that kind of look currently.
Honestly from a looks perspective all you need is a fade and low bf%. After that just don’t give a shit about your looks and be care-free, have fun, laugh, look more approachable, etc. Be greatfull that you have a good face and move on with your life.
