Same, i hope by fixing my overbite and improving my eye area i could ascend because i am 6ft. However i am also on the spectrum so that could just completely stop me from ascending but i like to think i can NTmaxxing decently

I'm in the same boat. I come from the worst state of subhumanity facially. If I ever make it to true mtn or slightly above id be lucky but I have enough on the side to pay for surgeries so thats my hope.

I am already physiquemaxx (natural but I've been gymcelling my whole life to get to that point) and i'm 5ft11 so potential for frauding above 6' which isn't too bad in that respect.

My bimax / genio went well so far, although not enough it was the most brutal of all the surgeries I was planning.

Next year I will either die in uncanny valley or ascend (how much though I have no clue)

It is weak chadlite SMV wise but you can have it being a manlet chad, giga tall htn etc
