Huge legs aren't aesthetic at all but at the same time I feel like small legs kinda look uncanny (+ women like it if you have a big ass)

To what point should you train them tho, like what is the best leg aesthetic / ratio with the upper bodyyes ur not gonna get huge legs on accident

You should train them a bit lmao if they're too small its uncannynot even once since i started gym (1 year)

i got decent legs because i was training football and voleyball for a total of 10 years so they kinda builtYou should train them a bit lmao if they're too small its uncanny

Do they make your waist look smalleri got decent legs because i was training football and voleyball for a total of 10 years so they kinda built

noDo they make your waist look smaller

I was like that and have decent legs despite undertraining them, nobody ever said its a weak point for me but I wonder if I should focus on them more for aestheticonly pros of being overweight in young age is the temporarily strong and big legs
(will shrink while you cut and don't train them tho)

Then whats the point of having big legs if they only make your upper body look smaller

yes i do it for posture and to not have anterior pelvic tilt, probably just the autism but i revert to that when my legs are weak. also i swear trainign legs is like dick maxxing when your quads are bigger your meat gets propped upHuge legs aren't aesthetic at all but at the same time I feel like small legs kinda look uncanny (+ women like it if you have a big ass)

			there is no point
if they are not to small ur good

training legs will not affect pullups unless you are weak or really light bwI prefer not training them and being better at pullups tbh

perfect, same with meView attachment 4231415
For reference I'm kinda like the 2nd pic for legs (a bit more 3 for calves)

mine look like the 3rd but i dotn have striation geneticsView attachment 4231415

bigger quads and abductors prop it up in my experienceWdym

yeah me2 my calf was the size of a newborn child in my really fatty times (was alr around 6'2-3 back then so it didn't look goofy)I was like that and have decent legs despite undertraining them, nobody ever said its a weak point for me but I wonder if I should focus on them more for aesthetic

I do train them twice a week, but I basically do legpress calf raises and something for the hamstrings/lower back like KB swings or hyperextensions (no hipthrust machine at my gym and I'm often too lazy for RDLs)Yes i train them twice a week. I dont get why you wouldnt. Yeah sure the ROI is not as high as training upper body. But disregarding them completely is just stupid. If you actually gaining a decent amount of muscle it will look hella uncanny if you have untrained legs also there a ton of surveys that show that women actually care about the aesthetics of your legs. Plus the increased athletism is alone worth it if you care about that. Having more muslce also helps raising the basal metabolic rate

they love nice round ""cute"" ass not the big fat ass like a BBL demonHuge legs aren't aesthetic at all but at the same time I feel like small legs kinda look uncanny (+ women like it if you have a big ass)

Yeah that might be enough. Ideally you switch it up doing another type of routine on the other day you train legs in a week. Also why dont you do the classic isolation exercises like leg extension or leg curls as well ?I do train them twice a week, but I basically do legpress calf raises and something for the hamstrings/lower back like KB swings or hyperextensions (no hipthrust machine at my gym and I'm often too lazy for RDLs)

blud said if you don’t gain any muscle this won’t happenif your bw maintains and you train legs this wont happen,

you can gain muscle at the same bw, someone isnt caught up with the literatureblud said if you don’t gain any muscle this won’t happen

training legs is the most optimal test booster for gym, Its the biggest muscle in ur bodyHuge legs aren't aesthetic at all but at the same time I feel like small legs kinda look uncanny (+ women like it if you have a big ass)

Legs are like half of your body you'll build a lot of muscles there if you never trained themok bud. if your bw maintains and you train legs this wont happen, casually adding 5-10kg is fat behaviour

Isnt it a small temporary boost tho? I just want an aesthetic look, idk if it should rlly have that much focus like having a full leg daytraining legs is the most optimal test booster for gym, Its the biggest muscle in ur body

it s not. and if u want an aesthetic look and that V taper you have to train ass like once a week. It will look goofy but you have to put in the workIsnt it a small temporary boost tho? I just want an aesthetic look, idk if it should rlly have that much focus like having a full leg day

Idk man I've had like 3 girls touch my ass a lot in my life, like they did at every occasion. One even told me I had a female nigger assthey love nice round ""cute"" ass not the big fat ass like a BBL demon

just hit quads and hamstrings and abs instead of a full leg dayIsnt it a small temporary boost tho? I just want an aesthetic look, idk if it should rlly have that much focus like having a full leg day

I do KB swings & hyperextensions rn but when I'm gonna bulk back I'll probably do some RDLs (or machine hip thrust if I switch gyms). I used to have a big ass from being fat and deadlift (also used to be as serious for legday as for upper)it s not. and if u want an aesthetic look and that V taper you have to train ass like once a week. It will look goofy but you have to put in the work

My current split is basically chest/back/shoulders & arms/legs/neck rnjust hit quads and hamstrings and abs instead of a full leg day

For mobility just go outside.Huge legs aren't aesthetic at all but at the same time I feel like small legs kinda look uncanny (+ women like it if you have a big ass)

I walk a lot kinda (like above 10k steps daily)For mobility just go outside.

nga ư not gonna get the perfect ratio for legs just train them and lets say they magically get too big just train them lessTo what point should you train them tho, like what is the best leg aesthetic / ratio with the upper body

Because I also do arms on the same day rn. Basically its my split for my cut, then I'll see what my weak points are and train accordingly (I have a very hard time cutting and I honestly feel like my only strong points are lats and legs). I also wanna do some plyos for my legs too so I might do that instead of isolation workYeah that might be enough. Ideally you switch it up doing another type of routine on the other day you train legs in a week. Also why dont you do the classic isolation exercises like leg extension or leg curls as well ?

Yeah but if I do more lower body stuff I'll have less energy/time for upper body since I train at high intensity. Its a matter of finding the right amount and rn I feel like for aesthetic I should focus on traps, neck, arms chest and shouldersnga ư not gonna get the perfect ratio for legs just train them and lets say they magically get too big just train them less

This is the only type of shit that shows up when I look it upbigger quads and abductors prop it up in my experience
