Huge legs aren't aesthetic at all but at the same time I feel like small legs kinda look uncanny (+ women like it if you have a big ass)

To what point should you train them tho, like what is the best leg aesthetic / ratio with the upper body
something like that
perfect ratio

only pros of being overweight in young age is the temporarily strong and big legs
(will shrink while you cut and don't train them tho)

I was like that and have decent legs despite undertraining them, nobody ever said its a weak point for me but I wonder if I should focus on them more for aesthetic

I prefer not training them and being better at pullups tbh

yes i do it for posture and to not have anterior pelvic tilt, probably just the autism but i revert to that when my legs are weak. also i swear trainign legs is like dick maxxing when your quads are bigger your meat gets propped up

Yes i train them twice a week. I dont get why you wouldnt. Yeah sure the ROI is not as high as training upper body. But disregarding them completely is just stupid. If you actually gaining a decent amount of muscle it will look hella uncanny if you have untrained legs also there a ton of surveys that show that women actually care about the aesthetics of your legs. Plus the increased athletism is alone worth it if you care about that. Having more muslce also helps raising the basal metabolic rate

yeah me2 my calf was the size of a newborn child in my really fatty times (was alr around 6'2-3 back then so it didn't look goofy)

I do train them twice a week, but I basically do legpress calf raises and something for the hamstrings/lower back like KB swings or hyperextensions (no hipthrust machine at my gym and I'm often too lazy for RDLs)

adds like an extra 5-10kg of weight after a while of training them
:lul::lul::lul::lul::lul: ok bud. if your bw maintains and you train legs this wont happen, casually adding 5-10kg is fat behaviour

they love nice round ""cute"" ass not the big fat ass like a BBL demon

Yeah that might be enough. Ideally you switch it up doing another type of routine on the other day you train legs in a week. Also why dont you do the classic isolation exercises like leg extension or leg curls as well ?

blud said if you don’t gain any muscle this won’t happen
you can gain muscle at the same bw, someone isnt caught up with the literature

Legs are like half of your body you'll build a lot of muscles there if you never trained them

training legs is the most optimal test booster for gym, Its the biggest muscle in ur body
Isnt it a small temporary boost tho? I just want an aesthetic look, idk if it should rlly have that much focus like having a full leg day

it s not. and if u want an aesthetic look and that V taper you have to train ass like once a week. It will look goofy but you have to put in the work

Idk man I've had like 3 girls touch my ass a lot in my life, like they did at every occasion. One even told me I had a female nigger ass 💔🥀

just hit quads and hamstrings and abs instead of a full leg day

I do KB swings & hyperextensions rn but when I'm gonna bulk back I'll probably do some RDLs (or machine hip thrust if I switch gyms). I used to have a big ass from being fat and deadlift (also used to be as serious for legday as for upper)

nga ư not gonna get the perfect ratio for legs just train them and lets say they magically get too big just train them less

Because I also do arms on the same day rn. Basically its my split for my cut, then I'll see what my weak points are and train accordingly (I have a very hard time cutting and I honestly feel like my only strong points are lats and legs). I also wanna do some plyos for my legs too so I might do that instead of isolation work

Yeah but if I do more lower body stuff I'll have less energy/time for upper body since I train at high intensity. Its a matter of finding the right amount and rn I feel like for aesthetic I should focus on traps, neck, arms chest and shoulders
