Do you use a skincare routine and if so what do you use?

I'm asking because I used to have the most perfect skin when I didn't use any products, and once i started using moisturizer etc i started getting acne, but it might've just been because of puberty too.

i eat pretty well its really just hormones i think, or there might be some bacteria but idk what it could be.
Is your skin good? And so u use nothing no moisturizer just water?

Your moistueriser is provavly comodogenic and you should switch it

Use dutasteride and tazarotene to maintain skin without acne

Also have a high spf year round

The problem is not bad food most likely, if the main reason for acne was "goyslop" acne would be equally as prevalent in all demographic. But that is obviously not the case and young people get acne at so much higher rates

i also dont eat any candy ETC or drink any sodas ETC, the worst thing i drink is maybe some fruit juice once 4 weeks and I dont eat any fast food AT ALL no pizza no nothing, and i have pretty bad acne.
