Do you use sunscreen while on tanning bed?

Some people say they use sunscreen on tanning bed so they don't get burnt. Assuming you're on mt2 if you use sunscreen what strength do you use and does sunscreen help?

Sunscreen in a tanning bed helps. Even on mt-2 you still tan, it just keeps you from getting fried. mt2 makes you super sensitive to UV, so you burn easier AND tan faster.
SPF 15–30 is the best.
SPF 15 if you want more UV coming through, SPF 30 if you burn easy.
SPF 50+ is overkill
I usually do SPF 15 on the body and SPF 30 on the face/neck because those spots age the fastest. You still get dark as hell on MT-2, you just don’t turn into a tomato or peel.
Tanning beds are mostly UVA anyway, so sunscreen isn’t a full shield, it just keeps it controlled instead of...
