TBH idk if it's really affecting my serum DHT level, will have to get a blood test for that, will do in the coming months. Cause I'm on topical fin + minox compound made by a pharmacy, not oral fin, wanted to minimize sides and lowering of serum DHT levels

TBH I think if you never had thick hair it's over, on the contrary if you had thick hair but they did thin due to MBP, it can get back to thick with fin. Might be talking bullshit idk but seems the most logical, I think thick hair products are all snake oils after browsing r/tressless and hairlosstalk for a while

I'm on this compound since 3 and a half month, I lose maybe 4 or 5 hairs when I shampoo it's pretty insane how good that works. I had god tier density when I was a child, legit had to tryhard to see my scalp, then denied alopecia for 2 years instead of hopping on fin, now I'm normie tier density, on the low side
