subhuman with both

your teeth aren't supposed to touch in neutral, at most the front teeth can gently lean against each-other.

sfs is partially caused by shit mouth posture, your lower third looks longer if they aren't touching.

if your molars are touching all day you're likely going to end up fucking up your gums, they're barely even supposed to touch while you're chewing.

My top incisors are in front of my lower incisors and I clamp down with my upper jaw on my lower and the top incisors reach my root base of my lower jaw in the resting position. My molars don’t touch

just be mindful that your jaw muscles aren't activated, that'll determine the resting position, it varies a little from person to person, in most people their teeth don't touch at all.

I think I’m subconsciously letting my front teeth overpower to increase illusion of bigger upper lip. I tried just know I think this makes my lip seal a bit better actually. Maybe after I get lip flip I won’t need to do this

pout slightly with the upper lip being in front of the lower lip and pull the corners of your lip up as if you're making a :3 face, if you want you can say 'blue' and it should pull it in the position at the 'eu'

I fixed my lip asymmetry/tilt for 10 euros with threads, I can give you my design if you want but it's still in trial period (4 weeks for end results haven't passed yet but it's already looking much better)

Idk about this
My orthotropist said it should be a butterfly touch
My tongue counteract the force of my masseters
But I will say at least half of the day my teeth are in contact and I have no signs of tooth damage
What about gums? How can I know if I have damage ? I have problem with my incisor gums (but my incisors are never in contact)

the ideal rest position for the teeth is non-interactive, and pretty much every existing piece of literature supports this.

your teeth won't suffer from touching unless you're clenching them, but your gums can recede from it but it takes decades for this to happen, I clenched mine for almost thirty years and still got away with only very minor gum recession.

are threads better than lip lift for this? And which is more low risk? My problem exacerbated by very fat cheeks and neck which makes my lips look even smaller so I always check in mirror and then start pouting. Maybe slout pout liek you say until i fix problem is good

no, only if you're diy'ing it.

uncanny in what way, neck/jaw fat doesn't look good on anyone.

any benefits of lip lift over threads or vice versa
lip lift or flip is better, then again they also cost hundreds of dollars compared to the cost of 3 snickers and a kitkat.

i will see what they say here, some procedures here are very cheap and since chances of botch are almost 0 here and still temporary even if botched

if you can afford it go for it.

if your teeth have been touching most of your life it'll take a while for your lip seal to become accustomed to a neutral facial position, I had the same issue, think it took at least half a year.

I did the same for 30 years, had headaches and clogged ears regularly as a result of it.

but also it caused my jaw to be extremely overdeveloped frontally.
