DOA Botox

I've been looking at DOA Botox on a few other forums anyone on here got it and had decent results? My mouth is somewhat downturned and id prefer it to be more neutral. If there's any other ways to fix this lmk.

I’ve gotten it but it’s never down much. I’m not super consistent with it. I just go a corner lift instead to fix the issue.
