For much the same reason, any woman you know who has an IUD, is a slut. Look, scientists eventually figured out that two pretty old HIV drugs could be used as pre-exposure prevenatives (PrEP. you may know of this now as the brand product "truvada"). Ideally, at risk populations would use it combined with other measures of protection, such as condoms, to have the highest protection possible from contracting HIV. Of course, this never fucking happened, because fags immediately decided the purpose of this drug was to facilitate even more bareback ass ripping, so much so that not only have HIV rates increased along with just about every other STD, but also the lurking specter of a mutated, PrEP resistant HIV.
