Im still only 18 so I would have to wait for my skull to finish developing. Doctor said both my lower and upper jaw are too forward grown and her plan is to push back my lower jaw by 5mm and my upper jaw forward by slightly less.

Im 6'4 slightly overweight dont really struggle with women at all

The xrays were taken with your head tilting up. That's why it appears as if your mandible is overly projected. In reality your maxilla is the only problem as it is recessed.

Dont let them touch your lower jaw.
