exactly , this doctor was so fking retarded while i was speaking with him indeed, the filler is also not permanent , was for like 4 days and he refused for some reasons

no, I'm studying med, and basically a doctor can only provide explained options but the patient gives final decision. If doctor does not agree, max he can do is to reject treatment and refer to another specialist.

I've had injectors refuse this for me too. Always using some lame excuse, but they have all been lies.

This area is a highly vascular area, and carries a high risk of ocular occlusion. There is an important facial artery that sits in the upper eyelid region, and piercing this artery with a needle and getting any amount of dermal filler in it will send the hyaluronic acid filler product straight into the eyeball - which can, and will, cause blindness. Injectors know this, that is why they will talk you out of it - especially if they're not appropriately trained to administer filler in this region.

My advice would be to go to an oculoplastic surgeon, who specialises in cosmetic procedures of the eye. These doctors cost more, but know the anatomy of the eye, and usually always offer this filler treatment in the eyelid region.

Also, just email clinics beforehand and ask if they offer filler treatment in the eyelid, or the A-Frame as it's commonly referred to as in the cosmetic field. You'll know immediately who does and doesn't offer filler in this region, and you'll be saving your time and money in consultation fees by knowing this in advance.


AND MAKE SURE THEY ALWAYS USE A CANNULA IN THIS AREA, NOT A NEEDLE!
