Doctor who worked for years in mental hospital has no idea what the right dose for my meds is

My doctor is a fucking retard. Last week i was there for a visit to get my antidepressants. I told him that i have increased the dose from 1x75mg tablet to 3. He asked me if i had talked to a doctor about it. I said thats what the doctor in the hospital planned to do. You are supposed to increase the dose every week. He told me to take 2x75 mg at most. The doctor in hospital said my dose is supposed to be 300mg after i get used to the lower doses. Now after actually looking up the drug on wiki it says that for ocd you need a higher dose up to 400mg. My doctor worked for multiple years in a mental hospital but even though i told him you need higher dose for ocd he insisted on the dose for depression. This stuff does work for my ocd but i take 6 tablets instead of 2.
