I got it done many years ago due to a headache because of reasons unrelated to the findings here, so I didn't care about it.

However, I want to start a testosterone cycle soon and i'm worried that this might kill me due to the increased blood pressure to my brain and its fucked up veins.

WHat do you think??

  • > There is a rare congenital anomaly present. This is a vascular anomaly.
  • > There appears to be bilateral hypoplasia or aplasia of both internal carotid arteries.
  • > Both vertebral arteries are enlarged. The basilar artery is patent. The anterior circulation is derived from large posterior communicating arteries.
  • > Although I can see no definite evidence of focal intracranial aneurysm on this examination. Specialist opinion is warranted in view of the patient's history.
  • >> Recommend neurosurgical review
  • > Summary:
  • > No acute intracerebral abnormality. Rare congenital anomaly, recommend neurosurgical discussion and neurosurgical review as deemed appropriate

> Report Severity: Clinically significant and/or unexpected Finding.

The internal carotid arteries are essential for bringing oxygenated blood to the brain, if they are underdeveloped or absent (hypoplasia or aplasia) it can result in less blood reaching the brain, causing different neurological problems. Go see a neurosurgeon you dumbass nigger, get off org, you may die if you don't treat it.
