SINCE I PLAN ON DOING SURGEREIS THIS JUST AN EXPERIMENT

i will not be doing normal bones mashing(cuz CTE) my method is cyclic pressure while chewing since chewing is said to put bending stress on bone and plus also me putting bending stress on the mandible which cause appostion since it is guessed it has a low threshold which leads to periosteal apposition
will also do(my igf-1 maxing routine ) it really stupid but theoretically would work . and maybe k2 supplement and loads of calcium

what i really want is reliable methods i can use when documenting the before and after thougth x-ray parent are going to ask me why if i could find a good reason i will use it but gonna be hard to trick them since both are doctors

since this is cope and until i have money i will just keep coping since it wont realy matter.

ever thing i do theoreticaly plausable but dont try them i will cuz i will accend at the end of the day with hardmaxxes
