Documenting my Ascension (Day 1)

I will post everyday about what I did do ascend. Im not consuming any pharmaceuticals, 100% softmaxxes. After I ascend from LTN to MTN, I'll post a thread with before and afters.
1 November 2025:

i. Did workout
ii. 6 boiled eggs, 2 bananas (rest is the normal diet)
iii. Sunbathed
iv. Practicing mewing
v. Did my forearm workout (for vascularity)

Will update everyday

best of luck boyo, and over the time start adding things like skincare, supps, minox for eyelashes and brows,accutane for acne ,tret ,whitening strips

bananas are good for dickmaxxing if u still in puberty but make sure to not eat too many of them shits since they still have sugar
also try to get animal fat since its good for puberty +calcium

dont forget use sunscreen on face or youll age badly ,if you are doing sunbathing for getting D3 better would be to take the d3 supplement , if you are doing it for tanning easier way could be self tanner

So D3 supp is better than actual sunlight?

the d3 supp aint better or worse than natural sunlight ,d3 supps just make it easier for you to hit your d3 intake,and it saves time and energy
