i know this table, but realistically thinking u think this is true? u think skull size stays the same after 14-15? idk could be true but i think if ur consistent enough u can gain some bone mass.

it says average is 14-15 and yeah lmao, if you are a healthy child no abnormalities or genetic defects, your facial bones would be the same when you are 16 or you are 25, after that gradual bone loss...

Nah. Bones are genetics. Protein builds muscle, not bone. You're 16, your plates are probably already closed. It's over for more height or frame. Just focus on lifting.
