Depends on how you look. Usually for white people it does, but for ethnics it's a lookmins. Either way it doesn't increase it by much. Not worth the extra skin aging.
 
Yes, it conveys that u actually get out of ur basement, go to the beach or swim or play sports outside. Also red undertones convey good blood circulation and T levels, plus pasty pale white just looks gross in general on men, studies show (among european women) that they strongly prefer (european) men with darker skin tones than themselves
