Does accutane cause abnormal blood sugar levels

I have to do a military physical soon to enter the air force (I'm already approved but they test me 1 more time before I ship out to boot camp) and I will be taking accutane under cover (I can't let them know it's disqualifing for the military).

Online it says accutane stays in your body for 5 days and then it's half life is over and your body gets rid of it. But will it fuck up my urine sugar levels? Online it says abnormal urine sugar levels are caused by too high blood sugar levels (diabetes) and I don't want accutane to say I have fucking diabetes and disqualify me.

So does it fuck up urine levels? Kinda need to know.

I don't know, but my vision would black out every time I was on a roller coaster on Accutane. Might’ve been blood sugar.
