A little bit, it definitely can help. Once you get rid of your acne with accutane and you still have scars you could try to go for some microneedling with GHK-Cu.

Accutane is meant to prevent active acne rather than deal with the scars caused by active acne. GHK-Cu would not be required here since Accutane may provide a little benefit in improving skin color or texture over time.

a great way to get rid of scars is differein gel, because it increases cell turnover and can make it look damn near like nothing happened ever

It does not, you have to use other things to do that. But small acne scars > acne

Not making a bad point, however accutane is underrated for it's effects it has on the skin. It does the same things as tretinoin except tretinoin being a topical retinoid affects the skin barrier more.

However both induce skin cell turnover and increase collagen production.

Whichever one is more effective is up for the debate though.

Edit addition: So accutane isn't just acne remover, it helps skin quality like tret.
