Does accutane have any guaranteed negatives?

Thinking of getting prescribed accutane, my acne isn’t that bad but would much rather just have clear skin. But I have seen sm shit abt it drying out ur skin, liver complications and effecting sperm count.
So before I get it prescribed I need to know if all ts is a lie or I should think abt getting on smth else like tretinoin?

Accutane side effects are bullshit, are you a pussy getting nose bleeds is nothing . Just moisturize and you wont be dry also

depends on the dosage. Yes it is after a time u will adapt and find a way to counter the dryness
