Does accutane stunt growth?

I have seen some articles saying accutane negatively impacts bone metabolism, there are side effects in people too about joint pain back, pain. As a early 16yr old, I wouldn't risk my bones, I would rather live with my acne for few years rather than destroying my bone potential and height. Even AI says it definitely does and it's not a myth. If you guys know any other solutions, pls let me know, I don't have severe cystic acne, sometimes went mild, but rn just some nodules and closed comedones
