Look at these pics. Almost all of them has a more projected chin/more forward growth..

Will this actually work?

FAGGA "works" for improving your profile but it's not really the correct way to treat the problem. It only pushes your front teeth forward. If done conservatively, it can be a net improvement. If you do it too aggressively like Ronald Ead, it'll cause gum recession and other problems.

However, what you really want is to actually protract the maxilla, which some people have tried doing with a facepuller. FAGGA also doesn't have any upward force so it won't give you CCW and a more compact midface.

IIRC all it changes is the alveolar ridge and nothing else
 
Honestly the lower third changes seem pretty legit.
