ive figured out a method . create an n sound in neutral posture, chin tuck and exhale through nose at the same allowing the tongue to naturally go up then still chin tucked swallow and it will cover everything and seal your entire mouth. is this legit or stupid and wrong?.

That Is a Way but The most easy and Effective Way is Just to Chew. I have overheard Mike talking about that to many Other patients. He also told me that to. It literally causes Your Midface to be More compact. Mine Has legit shortened slightly As I have gotten the upswing.

Sleeping on back and proper posture over time fixes a lot of asymmetry. If it’s in your jaw though or smile it’s your condyles. Talk to your maxilla facial surgeon during double jaw about it. Most surgeons are bkuepilled you need to know all your flaws and force to them to do it during surgery

Double jaw should only be done ONCE so get it all done in one swoop
